fabric is completely stable; it is reasonable to accept approximately
3% of movement, depending on the composition of the fabric and climatic
conditions. |

curtains shall have a minimum of 100% fullness for lined curtains and
150% for sheers calculated on the finished headed size, unless
otherwise specified. |
| 15. | All
separate linings shall have a minimum 50% fullness calculated on the
finished headed size of the linings, unless otherwise specified in
writing. |
